Is this the official RTA website?
No. QuickTopEmirates is an independent service and is not affiliated with the Roads and Transport Authority. We top up cards on your behalf using a licensed payment provider. You can always top up for free at any RTA machine or ticket office.
How long until the balance appears?
Usually under a minute. In rare cases the network takes a few minutes to sync — the balance is applied to the card and will be there at your next tap.
Which cards work?
Any personal Nol card — Silver, Gold, Blue or Red — as long as it is not blocked. Corporate and concession cards work too, but the discount rules stay unchanged.
What if I mistype the card number?
We validate the number before taking payment. If a top-up still lands on the wrong card, contact us within 14 days with the receipt reference and we will trace and refund it.
Do you store my payment details?
No. Card data goes directly to the payment gateway. We keep the amount, the timestamp and a reference — nothing that could be used to charge you again.
Can I get a receipt for expenses?
Yes. Every top-up produces an emailed receipt with the amount, fee and reference, which is accepted by most employers for reimbursement.
