Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
1. What we collect
The Nol card number you enter, the top-up amount, your email address for the receipt, and technical data such as IP address and browser type needed to process the payment securely.
2. What we never see
Full card or wallet payment details. These are collected directly by our payment gateway in an environment we do not control and are never transmitted to our servers.
3. Why we process it
To deliver the top-up you requested, to send your receipt, to answer support requests, and to meet anti-fraud and record-keeping obligations.
4. How long we keep it
Nol card numbers are retained for 90 days so that disputes can be traced, then deleted. Transaction records and receipts are retained for five years as required for financial records.
5. Who else is involved
Our payment gateway, our email delivery provider, and our hosting provider. Each processes data only on our instruction. We do not sell personal data, ever.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to privacy@quicktopemirates.com and we will respond within 30 days.
