Terms of Service

1. Who we are

QuickTopEmirates is an independent commercial service that processes top-ups for Dubai Nol transport cards on the instruction of the cardholder. We are not the Roads and Transport Authority and we do not act as its agent.

2. The service

You provide a Nol card number and an amount. We take payment, add our service fee, and instruct a top-up of the amount you selected onto that card.

We are responsible for delivering the top-up you paid for. We are not responsible for fares, fines, card faults, blocked cards, or anything else in the relationship between you and RTA.

3. Fees

Our service fee is 4% of the top-up amount, with a minimum of AED 2. The fee is displayed before payment and is included in the total you approve.

4. Your responsibilities

You must enter the correct card number. A top-up applied to a card number you supplied is treated as delivered, even if it was not the card you intended.

You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. Suspected fraudulent payments are cancelled and reported.

5. Failed top-ups

If a top-up cannot be delivered, we refund the full amount including the service fee to the original payment method, normally within three business days.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the top-up in question. We are not liable for missed journeys, denied entry at gates, or consequential losses.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your transaction applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the UAE.
